Solutions designed for new heights

Soluções desenvolvidas para novas alturas

Advances in wind turbine technology call for new solutions in engineering, manufacturing, and assembly. CTZ Eolic Tower brings these capabilities together in an integrated solution for concrete towers.

Precast Concrete Towers

Precast Concrete Towers

The towers are designed to accommodate different turbine heights and configurations, with the flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of each project.

Prestressed concrete provides greater structural rigidity and flexibility to support larger structures.

Mobile Factory

Mobile Factory

Mobile manufacturing units can be installed within wind farms.

This brings production and assembly closer together, simplifies the logistics of large components, and adapts the industrial infrastructure to the project’s needs.

Assembly Technology

Assembly Technology

In partnership with Protende, CTZ has developed a solution that allows the tower and wind turbine to be initially assembled at a height equal to half their final height.

Subsequently, the assembly consisting of the inner tower, nacelle, rotor, and blades is raised by strand jacks to its final position.

This configuration allows for the use of cranes with lower capacity and greater availability, in addition to reducing the requirements for platforms and access points.

Dry joint

Dry joint

The solution developed by CTZ Eolic Tower uses dry joints between the concrete segments, eliminating the need for grout in the vertical joints and resins in the horizontal joints.

This configuration optimizes materials, construction time, and labor, while also reducing the risk of leaks and waste.
