From manufacturing to assembly
1
Precast concrete segments are produced with quality control and material traceability, and testing can be conducted at the manufacturing facility itself.

2
Assembly of the structures
The segments are assembled and prestressed to form the structures that make up the tower.
3
Wind Turbine Installation
The technology developed by CTZ allows the wind turbine to be installed at a height equivalent to approximately half the tower's final height.

4
Hoisting the assembly
The internal tower and the wind turbine are raised using strand jacks to the structure's final connection point.

From Innovation to the Field:
The Everest Project
Developed in Ceará in partnership with Casa dos Ventos and TotalEnergies, the Everest Project marks a new milestone for CTZ Eolic Tower with a self-erecting precast concrete wind tower.
With a tower height of 166 meters and a total height of 257 meters, the prototype was designed for a 7.5 MW wind turbine—the largest in the Americas.
